📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support sales teams in developing and presenting proposals to potential clients.
• Participate in client meetings and calls, learning best practices in client engagement.
• Contribute to the creation of business development strategies and plans.
• Assist in the management of CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to track and analyze sales data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and business development teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Previous internship or work experience in sales, business development, or a related field is a plus.
