In this role, you'll use a variety of tools and software, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Excel, to manage and analyze customer data, and develop and implement marketing strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement credit marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Identify and analyze customer needs and preferences to inform marketing efforts.
• Manage and analyze customer data using Salesforce, HubSpot, and Excel.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit marketing.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for the sales and customer service teams.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the marketing department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial services and products.
• Proficient in using Salesforce, HubSpot, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
