📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations, to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
• Implement and manage IT security measures to protect our data and systems from threats.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure IT systems support their daily operations.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, recommending improvements to our IT infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT supervision or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly those used in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
