📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops.,Prepare training materials and resources.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.,Excellent organizational and planning skills.
