Agung Lestari Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and experienced Department Head to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a specific department within our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the department run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service and quality that our customers expect.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned department.,Ensure that all staff members are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage departmental budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Implement and monitor departmental performance metrics.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a department within a restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
