📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and organization.,Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.,Train and supervise store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Promote and implement store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.,Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects, contributing to a more efficient and effective store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a store management or similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Proven track record of customer service excellence.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages.
