📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the management and coordination of the company's fleet.
• Monitor and maintain fleet performance and efficiency.
• Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular fleet inspections and maintenance.
• Generate and analyze fleet performance reports.
• Assist in the procurement and management of fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
