Salon Citra Tea is looking for a dedicated Deputy Quality Control to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will work closely with the Quality Control Manager to implement and maintain quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality and wants to make a difference in the tea industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections,Document and report quality issues and corrective actions,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures,Collaborate with suppliers to improve product quality,Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives,Maintain and update quality control records and documentation,Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Food Science, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control in the food or beverage industry,Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems,Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Familiarity with quality control software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
