📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages using premium ingredients and techniques.

• Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure consistent service quality.

• Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service during events and special occasions.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques and a passion for mixology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using bar equipment and tools, including shakers, blenders, and juicers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
