Makmur Tono Store is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Madiun. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.,Develop and maintain positive employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
