📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data related to HR activities.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective HR services.,Support the HR Manager in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
