This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from home and our office in Balikpapan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.,Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.,Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices.,Edit and enhance digital images and photographs to meet client specifications.,Prepare presentations and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong design aesthetic.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
