📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the position.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates who meet the job requirements.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for suitable candidates.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and office-based tasks.
