📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product teams to understand technical concepts and features.,Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation that meets user needs.,Review and edit documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides.,Provide technical support to customers and users through documentation.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
