In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. You'll work closely with our team to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and maintain our technology infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely manner.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Monitor network performance and ensure uptime.,Assist with IT projects and initiatives.,Train and support end-users on IT systems and software.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
