📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Source and screen potential candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further interviews.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
