📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure high standards of performance and compliance.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, practices, and technologies to improve operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations is a plus.
