In this role, you will be responsible for managing our cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling and transaction processing.,Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cash transactions and financial activities.,Train and develop cashier staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in cash handling and customer service.,Monitor cash levels and ensure adequate supplies of currency and coins are available.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled accurately.,Participate in inventory management and stock control to ensure adequate supplies of cash and other necessary items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or related role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic accounting software and spreadsheets.,Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
