📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain inventory and ordering systems to optimize food costs.
  • Prepare and present daily specials and menu items.
  • Monitor food quality and safety, and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve operational goals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a kitchen environment.
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring food safety.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu planning.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid food safety certification is a plus.
