📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both internally and externally.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.,Participate in product development and marketing initiatives to enhance sales.,Train and develop the sales team to improve skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a consulting or related industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
