📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs are user-centered and visually appealing.,Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to ensure that designs are implemented effectively.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.,Create and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and services.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into your work.,Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and clients, and gather feedback to refine designs.,Ensure that all designs comply with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio to demonstrate your skills and expertise.,Proven experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and justify them to stakeholders.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
