📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development activities into business goals,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software,Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques,Strong organizational and time management skills
