As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our company meets its supply needs efficiently and cost-effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
