📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operations staff.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify risks.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
