Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products or services.,Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.,Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with sales goals and objectives.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your network and stay up-to-date with market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to present and close deals effectively.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
