As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial insights.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management, preferably in a corporate environment.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools.
