Develop and optimize chemical manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.,Conduct process engineering studies and feasibility assessments.,Troubleshoot and resolve process issues to minimize downtime and maximize output.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process innovation projects.,Maintain and update process documentation and standard operating procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
