We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Cengkareng and ensure the smooth operation of our store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.,Manage and train the store staff to maintain high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company-wide initiatives.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in coffee shop operations is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
