📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Student Care Centre, ensuring a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children.,Develop and implement comprehensive care and educational programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of children.,Supervise and mentor a team of educators and caregivers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.,Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and security within the centre, complying with all relevant regulations and guidelines.,Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and a strong partnership in the child's development.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, providing regular feedback to parents and educators.,Organize and participate in team-building activities and professional development opportunities for staff.,Manage the centre's budget, including planning, tracking, and reporting financial activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international school or childcare centre.,Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven ability to manage and budget resources effectively.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.,Understanding of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.,Valid teaching or childcare certification is a requirement.
