Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Write and edit user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical documents,Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets industry standards,Review and edit documentation written by other team members,Provide technical writing support to the sales and marketing teams,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Fluency in English, both written and spoken
