📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.,Assist in the creation of training materials and presentations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
