📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily and monthly bookkeeping transactions using AutoCount software
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements
• Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and petty cash
• Support the finance team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist in the preparation of year-end closing procedures
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a similar role
• Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excel proficiency for data analysis and report preparation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
