🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in competency assessment or a related role.
• Certification in competency assessment or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using assessment software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of government regulations and policies related to civil service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
