📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Execute high-volume futures and options trades for internal trading desks and a diverse global client base.
• Monitor and manage trading positions to ensure compliance with risk management policies.
• Provide trading support to the trading desks, including market analysis and trade execution.
• Work closely with clients to understand their trading needs and execute trades efficiently.
• Stay updated with market trends and developments to provide accurate and timely trading advice.
• Collaborate with the team to improve trading processes and technologies.
• Ensure all trades are executed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance trading skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in trading, preferably in futures and options.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.
• Proficiency in using trading platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal, Refinitiv Eikon, and Tradeweb.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of risk management and regulatory requirements is a plus.
