📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily maintenance, cleaning, and operational excellence of swimming pools across premium properties.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks, ensuring that all pools are well-maintained and safe for guests.
• Manage inventory of pool chemicals, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all items are well-stocked and accounted for.
• Train and mentor pool technicians, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
• Ensure that all pools meet health and safety regulations, and that all maintenance work is carried out to the highest standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints regarding pool maintenance, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
• Work closely with property managers and other staff to ensure that pool maintenance is integrated with overall property operations.
• Monitor and report on pool maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pool Maintenance, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pool maintenance, with a strong background in chemical balancing, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Certification in Pool Maintenance from a recognized institution, such as the National Pool & Spa Institute (NPSI) or the International Pool & Spa Association (IPSA).
• Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of pool technicians.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations related to pool maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of staff and guests.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, such as PoolMaster, AquaLog, or similar pool management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
