Aeon Delight Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Collections Supervisor to join our finance team in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring that invoices are accurately recorded, payments are processed efficiently, and outstanding balances are managed effectively. This position is crucial for maintaining our financial health and ensuring timely cash flow.

As an Accounts Receivable & Collections Supervisor, you will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to resolve any discrepancies, negotiate payment terms, and implement strategies to improve our collection rates. With a strong background in accounting or economics, you will leverage your analytical skills to identify trends, propose improvements, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, from invoice generation to payment collection.
• Monitor and manage outstanding invoices, ensuring timely follow-ups and collections.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment terms.
• Analyze collection data to identify trends and propose strategies for improving collection rates.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable performance to senior management.
• Train and mentor junior staff on accounts receivable procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable and collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
