📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of collections officers to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement collections strategies to minimize loan defaults and maximize recovery rates.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections and financial recovery.

• Proficient in using collections management software such as Salesforce, Oracle, or similar.
