📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Manage a team of 10-15 logistics staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Utilize SAP and JDA software to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience with SAP and JDA software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with retail and grocery logistics operations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
