📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and compliance reports.
• Provide legal advice and support to the HR department on employment-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and assist in the development of company policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs to support the company's business objectives.
• Assist in the management of employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor and report on labor market trends and developments that may impact the company.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Legal departments, including maintaining records and preparing reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, Legal, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and a passion for HR and Legal are encouraged to apply.
