🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in government or public sector roles.
• Strong understanding of regional governance and policy implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Willingness to relocate to Pangkal Pinang for the duration of the assignment.
