📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to support the growth and development of MSMEs in the Bangka Belitung region.
• Coordinate with government agencies, industry associations, and local entrepreneurs to ensure the successful execution of policies and programs.
• Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of local businesses.
• Facilitate the provision of technical assistance, training, and financing to MSMEs to help them overcome challenges and achieve their business goals.
• Represent the government at national and international forums to advocate for the interests of MSMEs and promote the Bangka Belitung region as a hub for business innovation.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the MSME sector.
• Develop and manage partnerships with financial institutions, research organizations, and other stakeholders to support the growth of MSMEs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing the MSME sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the government sector.
• Strong knowledge of MSME development policies and programs.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven track record of successful project management and implementation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
